Sentimeter is a tool to keep track of citizen's sentiments about a given topic, in a given area such as a city or municipality.
Location-based sentiment
Sentimeter can isolate social media data for an area based on geolocation, keywords and local public accounts. Various NLP strategies are applied on the data stream to perform sentiment analysis and detect trends and shifts in public opinion (pro/con).
Fully customisable dashboard
Sentimeter provides you with a customisable dashboard that holds tools and visualisations to give a user-friendly overview of your data streams. The dashboard adapts itself to processed data, and becomes smarter along the way. This ensures increasingly relevant information and a focus on user needs.
Increased accessibility
Sentimeter helps to make local online discussions comprehensible and enables you to find out how citizens feel towards city-management issues, like waste on the street, green energy, housing, traffic or unsafe neighbourhoods.
