Latest BENEDMO factsheet on disinformation in Flanders and the Netherlands

At Textgain, we are committed to tackling new challenges posed by online disinformation and harmful narratives that disrupt communities and undermine trust. That is why we are a partner in BENEDMO, a collaborative initiative of Flemish and Dutch organisations to counter disinformation in Flanders and the Netherlands.

Textgain builds the infrastructure and database that power BENEDMO’s operations. By collecting fact-checks and employing Natural Language Processing and network analysis tools, we enable quick identification of disinformation trends. These technologies help fact-checkers, journalists, policymakers and media professionals respond more effectively to coordinated disruption.

BENEDMO has released its latest quarterly factsheet . Covering updates from July 2024 through January 2025, the factsheet highlights how collaborative innovations across multiple sectors can contribute to countering online misinformation.
